Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LVL website, platform, and related services (the “Services”) operated by LVL One Inc. (“LVL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
User Roles
LVL supports two primary user types:
Creators: Users who host Squad Shops to engage in community-driven commerce and host giveaways through LVL.
Gamer Users (Fans/Squad Members): Users who join squads, participate in giveaways, and earn or spend LVL coins on the platform.
Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You may register using an email address or a supported third-party service (e.g., Twitch). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke account access at our discretion.
Beta Notice
The LVL platform is currently in a beta phase. All features, functionality, availability, and rewards are experimental and subject to modification, suspension, or removal at any time without notice
LVL Coins Rewards and Redemption
LVL coins are a discretionary, points-based reward with no cash value, issued by LVL as a form of non-cash, cashback-style reward. LVL coins may be adjusted or revoked at any time. Users can redeem LVL coins to purchase items in Squad Shops or contribute to giveaways. All redemption decisions are final.
Giveaway Participation and Sweepstakes Compliance
Giveaways are group-based reward goals hosted by Creators. Joining a giveaway is free and provides an entry to win. This system is designed to comply with U.S. sweepstakes laws by offering a clear, free method of entry for all participants. Only users who have joined a giveaway before its goal is met are eligible for its rewards. We reserve the right to disqualify participants for suspected fraud or abuse.
Creators and Squad Shops
Users may apply to become Creators on the LVL platform. This role allows for the operation of a Squad Shop and is governed by a separate LVL Creator Agreement. This agreement covers all terms specific to your role as a Creator, including but not limited to commission structures, payout schedules, and chargeback policies. You must review and affirmatively agree to the LVL Creator Agreement during the Squad Shop setup process to activate and maintain your status as a Creator.
All Sales Final
All transactions on the LVL platform, including items purchased from Squad Shops or redeemed with LVL coins, are final. We do not support refunds, returns, or exchanges. This policy is disclosed at the point of purchase.
Referral Program
We may offer a referral program that allows users to earn LVL coins. The criteria and rewards are subject to change, and we may suspend the program or individual rewards if misuse or fraud is suspected.
Fraud and Chargebacks
Fraudulent behavior, including the use of stolen payment methods or exploitation of platform mechanics, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all coins and items. Initiating a chargeback on a valid transaction may lead to account suspension and reversal of the associated transaction. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks we believe to be valid.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, using bots or scripts, or interfering with other users' experiences. Your interactions with any third-party services (e.g., Twitch, PayPal) are your own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content and technology on the platform is the property of LVL or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant LVL a license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LVL from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Delaware.
